You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Use the service for lawful business purposes
Provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of your account
All activity under your account
Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
a) Subscription
Services are billed on a monthly or agreed subscription basis
b) Usage-Based Fees
Additional charges may apply based on usage (e.g., call minutes, SMS)
Pricing per unit is defined in your selected plan
c) Billing
Payments are charged automatically via your selected payment method
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
Due to the nature of digital services:
All payments are non-refundable
This includes subscription fees and usage charges
Exceptions may apply only where required by law.
You agree NOT to:
Use the service for illegal purposes
Record or process data without required consent
Harass, spam, or abuse third parties
Misrepresent AI as a human where legally prohibited
Attempt to exploit or overload the system

The system operates autonomously based on training and inputs
We do NOT guarantee:
100% accuracy
Error-free operation
Business outcomes (e.g., bookings, revenue)
You are responsible for reviewing and supervising usage.
You are solely responsible for:
Informing callers that calls may be recorded
Obtaining required consent under applicable laws
Complying with GDPR and local telecommunications laws
AiAssistant24 acts as a tool — not the legal operator of your communications.
We act as a data processor on behalf of our clients
You are the data controller for your customers
A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may apply.
Our platform may rely on third-party providers (e.g., telephony, AI, hosting).
We are not responsible for:
Downtime caused by third parties
Changes in their pricing or services
We aim for high availability but do NOT guarantee:
Uninterrupted service
Error-free performance
Maintenance, outages, or external issues may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are NOT liable for:
Loss of revenue
Missed calls or bookings
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Payment fails
You misuse the service
You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
All platform content, software, and technology remain the property of AiAssistant24.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
